Amanda Williams is Lead Program Manager for Taylor-Reid-Mason, LLC.  She is a seasoned executive with more than 25-years (U.S. Air Force Colonel, retired; and former wing commander (base and garrison commander; mayor equivalent) of comprehensive, strategic leadership, with a proven track record of leading organizations to excellence and fostering a results-, team-oriented environment.  Amanda has extensive experiences in:  executive-level leadership, strategic planning and programming, management, project/program management, budget and financial management, operations and policy development with contributing technical skill.  She has the ability to lead, manage, and build high-performing teams, consensus across a myriad of complex, competing agencies to produce balanced and executable strategies for mission accomplishment.
